Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Sale items, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Return Process

Initiate a Return
  • Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
Prepare Your Return
  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Ensure that all tags are attached.
  • Include the original packing slip or a printed copy of your order confirmation email.
  • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
Ship the Return
  • Use a trackable shipping method to send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package is received.
Processing Your Return
  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria.
  • If the item(s) pass inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

    Refunds

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Exchanges

    • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
